Direct Access lets you define shortcuts you can use to launch programs or websites, send emails, or insert text comments and notes anywhere on your desktop.
In contrary to other command-base launch programs, Direct Access doesn't depend on any text box where you have to write the command in question. You just have to left click on anywhere on the screen or the active window, and type the command in your keyboard. The program or file associated with that command will automatically start.
The program also includes an optional method to prevent and avoid accidental launches, via the F1 key. With Direct Access you can also define and insert text macros, or open your email client to send a predefined message.
